In a nutshell

This website is a private blog archive. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and has neither a comment function nor a contact form. Fonts and images are served from the same server as the site itself, so no data is sent to third parties for them.

Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland. When you open a page, the host processes technically necessary data that your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the site and keep it running securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. How long log files are kept is determined by the hosting provider.

YouTube videos

Some posts contain videos from YouTube. They are only loaded when you click "Play video". Before that, no connection to YouTube is made. After the click, your browser loads the video via youtube-nocookie.com. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Among other things, your IP address and information about the page view are sent to Google; a transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). More information is available in Google's privacy policy.

Some posts link to other websites. Data is only sent to the respective operator once you click such a link. The operator is responsible for their own data processing.

Your rights

You have the right to access your stored data and to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them, please use the email address above. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
